**24-Hour Cancellation Policy**
As part of our scheduling process, a reminder is sent the day before your appointment at 12:00 PM (noon). If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so by that time — no later than 12:00 PM the day before service. After that time, our routes are finalized, and our team is already preparing to be on the road.
- If we arrive at your location and: No bins are accessible, we are told not to proceed, or the appointment was not properly canceled in time, the full-service charge will still apply to cover routing and travel costs.
However, if we arrive and the trash has not been picked up due to a delay from the waste company, we will gladly reschedule your service at no extra charge.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair route for all our customers!
